I average about 200-400 miles per week depending on the season. There really is no usual ride for me because my training never stays the same day after day (intervals, steady state, base, etc,)
It's about 16 and a half pounds. I could get it down to 15 just by getting some lighter wheels (mine are fairly heavy), a carbon handlebar. and maybe a carbon stem.
Everything is carbon but the stem, handlebar, and headset. The wheelset has aluminum rims but carbon dishes. Obviously the groupset is not carbon, but the cranks are.
nice brah
ReplyDeletehow far you ride usually?
